Invest Before July 31th
Benefit from the €250,000 Option

Benefit from the existing law without being subject to changes coming on 1/08/2023:

Choose a property from the selected areas, and pay the deposit corresponding to 10% of the total property value before 31/07/2023.

Get a chance to conclude the property contracts up to 31/12/2023 while applying under the current 250k scheme.

    Upcoming Changes

    in Greece Golden Visa Program

    The investment amount for the Greece Golden Visa property acquisition route will be increased to €500,000 from €250,000 as of August 1, 2023.
    The new arrangement will be applicable in the Greater Area of Athens, the Municipality of Thessaloniki, Mykonos, and Santorini.
    In the areas mentioned, investors will be required to make the €500K investment in only one property. For the rest of Greece, the investment can be made in multiple properties so long as the total adds up to €250,000.
    With the amendment, the investors will be able to acquire the Power of Attorney–which enables a legal representative to submit the Application for the residence permit- in place of the investor and the family members-from any foreign notary so long as it’s apostilled.
